How Do I Care For My Etched Glass Purchases?

We suggest that these beautiful etched glass products be hand-washed to preserve their beauty just like fine china.

We will accept returns with the exception of broken item(s) during shipment. Please do not return broken glass item(s).  Take a photo of the item(s) and Contact Us immediately and email the photos of the broken item(s) within 30 days from delivery.  If you are not satisfied with an item, just Contact Us to receive a Return Authorization.

Approved items are to be shipped prepaid within 30 days of receipt.  We do not accept C.O.D.'s.  Items must be packed carefully and received in mint condition and include a prior Return Authorization Number from us.  We will exchange the item or refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.  Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

​Sorry, but merchandise returned without authorization from glassetchingsbycarmen.com (Glass Etchings by Carmen) will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.  To obtain your Return Authorization Number, please email and/or phone your request for Return Authorization. 
Refused Shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways.

What  Shipping Method Do You Use?

Merchandise ships out to the address you designate in 2-5 business days by USPS Ground Advantage  Orders received after 3:00 P.M. CST will be processed on the next business day. (T-F)

Do You Take International Orders?

We do not ship internationally at this time.  We take orders placed in the United States (48 contiguous states) only.
