We want you to absolutely love your etched glass! If something's not right, we've got your back. For broken items during shipment, snap a quick photo and email us at letitbeetched@aol.com within 30 days of delivery. For other returns, reach out to get a Return Authorization. Just make sure the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Send approved returns prepaid within 30 days of receipt (sorry, no C.O.D.'s). Pack them up carefully to keep them pristine and include your Return Authorization Number. We'll either exchange the item or refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note, original shipping fees aren't refundable, and return shipping is on you.

Unauthorized returns will be refused, and freight charges both ways will apply. Need a Return Authorization Number? Just email or call us. Refused shipments will also incur a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways.
